Please note that due to the nature of my business, I cannot commit to specific working hours, I can reassure you that your tasks will be completed within a 24-hour period from Monday to Friday.

Unused hours won’t rollover into the new month. We will be in contact throughout the month, where I will be keeping you up to date as to how far your monthly retainer is and should you require more time and more tasks to be added to my portfolio, there are other retainer packages for you to select from as listed above.

Please note that I don’t sign any employee agreements, due to the fact that I am an independent contractor who has various clients at one time. I do manage my time carefully and do not put myself in a situation where I cannot handle my workload.
